Ingredients:

• 1 Copper Cow ube tea drop & sweetened condensed milk packet
• 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon matcha powder
• 1/2 cup ice
• Whipped cream (optional)

Step 1: Make Ube Tea Latte: Boil 4 ounces of water, put one Copper Cow ube latte tea drop in the boiled water in a glass and dissolve.

Step 2: Add copper cow sweetened condensed milk packet to the ube tea and stir.

Step 3: Add 2 oz of cold water and 1/2 cup of ice to the ube tea latte mix

Step 4: Make matcha cold foam: Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to a glass along with one tablespoon of matcha powder and whisk together with a cold foam frother wand.

step 5: Add whipped cream and green sprinkles to the top! (optional)
